and $9.9 million for the same three and six-month periods in
the prior fiscal year. Net losses for the three and six-month
periods ended September 30, 2006, were $0.8 million and $1.9

at September 30, 2006, an increase of $1.0 million from $4.3

Earnings
before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (“EBITDA”)
for the three and six-month periods ended September 30, 2006
were negative $0.3 million, or 6% of net revenue, and negative
$0.9 million, or 9% of net revenue. EBITDA for the three and
six-month periods ended September 30, 2005 were negative $0.5
million, or 10% of net revenue, and negative $0.3 million, or
3% of net revenue. The increase in EBITDA in the quarter ended
September 30, 2006 was primarily due to efforts to reduce expenditures.
The Company computes EBITDA, as reflected in the table appearing
at the end of this press release, by adding depreciation, amortization,
non-cash stock-based compensation expense, interest expense,
other (income) expense, and provision (benefit) for income taxes
to its GAAP reported net loss.
