If your System ID is covered by a Software Maintenance Agreement
(SMA), activations are available 7 days a week, 24 hours
a day at no charge by calling 949-261-1875 or obtain your
activation online.
If your System ID is not covered by a SMA, you may access online
activations at no charge; fees will apply for phone-assisted
activations.

The Support
Partner Web site is available to all authorized Raining
Data resellers. End User sites with a direct access Software
Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for one of our database products
are also eligible.

Users will be authorized to access ONLY calls for their systems
that have a valid SMA. Distributors and VARs will ONLY have
access to calls for their customer systems that have valid SMAs.
