www-stop stops the FlashCONNECT D3 servers in a specified server pool or on a specific D3 line.
www-stop [server-pool|D3-line] {(QF}
|
server-pool or D3-line |
If this is a D3 line number, then this command stops the FlashCONNECT connection running on that line. If this parameter is a server pool (such as "default"), then this command stops all lines running that identity. If neither a server-pool or D3-line are specified, www-stop does nothing. |
|
F |
Forces the D3 server to disconnect from the D3 side. Normally, the disconnect is initiated from the FCService side to avoid timing issues. When a disconnect message cannot get through to the FCService, the disconnect must be made from the D3 side. This option is dangerous to running applications and should not be used under normal circumstances. |
|
Q |
Perform a "quick" stop of FlashCONNECT. This causes FCService to reset all FlashCONNECT connections in the named server pool. If the Web server managing the server pool has connections to multiple D3 servers using the same server pool, then all of the connections in the server pool, regardless of which D3 server started the action are reset. On the D3 server which started the action, the FlashCONNECT connections are stopped. On other D3 servers, any on-going connections are ended and the connections are restarted. Therefore, the Q option should typically be used on server pools which connect to only one D3 server. |
