Enabling Accounts

In this step we enable individual accounts for use with the Pick Data Provider libraries.

To enable accounts for use by the Pick Data Provider libraries:

  1. Right-click the server name from the tree view, then select Enable Accounts.

The Enabling Accounts dialog box displays.

 

 

  1. Select the account to enable from the Available Accounts list, then click Add. In this tutorial, the Demo_PickDP account is enabled.

NOTE–

For D3 Only: The Account Password Dialog Box Displays.

  • If there is a password for the specified account, type the password, then click Accept.

  • If there is no password for the specified account, click Accept.

  1. Click Exit.

The specified accounts are enabled. To verify, click the Server name from the tree view to display the list of enabled accounts.

NOTE–

The PickDP account is enabled by default and cannot be removed.
